To God be the glory! Great things He has done! Great is our rejoicing!

The vision, and statement of purpose that God has given to me as the Shepherd-Leader here at the International Church of the Nazarene is: "Building Solid Foundations." (Mt. 7:24)

For me, as a servant of God, the goal of my ministry is to bring people to Christ. My number one passion is to win souls for Jesus. Then, directly after they have accepted Jesus as their personal Savior, I delight in the extra added joy of follow-up and discipleship with them.

The foundational footing for our church is based upon Prayer, the Word of God, Evangelism, and Fellowship. To help keep this footing securely in place, God has blessed our church with a team that loves the Lord. They are dedicated to the max - and we would not be where we are today if it was not for their self-sacrificing and undying love. They have a focused direction to do God's work.

There is one man who I was humbled to have at my side. He came to us with his years and depth of experience. I will never, nor will the church ever, be the same after having been blessed with a man that God had placed amongst us. God brought both he and his family to our church. Every day that you saw him, you witnessed his bravery of how he was going through his present test of faith. After being in the presence of such a testimony, how could anyone ever deny that there is a God? I respectfully called this man Rev. Almedia. He was a man of God and a man blessed of God's miracles.

Our church is experiencing the Acts chapter 2 anointing. This started two months ago when one person was healed 'from the pain' of cancer. I went there to talk to him about funeral arrangements, but during my visit, there was another type of funeral. He asked Jesus into his life. Then, he lifted the ornaments and weights of religious traditional values off his neck. It was at that time that his healing was received. After this miracle he asked me a funny question, "Can I join your church?" This person, before salvation, had previously had pain upon every move. Then, just a few hours later, this man who was not able to walk up stairs, or even get out of his bed, was healed to the point of getting up and walking through the doors of our church. Well, I tell you, the church has never had something like this ever happen. For not only was there salvation and healing, not only did he join the church that morning, but 6 more people joined that day, too ... "the church was being added daily." Also during that morning of added additions to our church, we baptized this precious man and broke bread with him. Today our friend, who ignited the church, is now totally healed and residing in heaven.

Miracles this year that we have received and we praise God for:

Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
